Questions, answered.
Where does my data go?
Nowhere. Receipts are read on your iPhone with Apple's on-device text recognition and Apple Intelligence, and everything stays in the app. There is no Loopr server that could see it.
What does it cost?
Nothing. This first version of Loopr is completely free: no price to download, no in-app purchases, no ads and no subscription of its own.
Will it stay free?
This version is free. If we ever add paid options in a later version, we will say so clearly here and in the app first, and the subscriptions and receipts you have already added stay yours to keep and export.
What if I lose or change my phone?
Turn on iCloud backup in Settings. Your subscriptions and receipt images are copied to your own iCloud, and a new iPhone can restore them from the welcome screen.
Does it work offline?
Yes, all of it: scanning, reminders, charts and export. Only the optional iCloud backup needs a connection, and it catches up when you're back online.
Does Loopr connect to my bank?
No. Loopr never asks for bank logins or card numbers. It only tracks the subscriptions you show it, by scanning a receipt or adding one by hand.
Do I need an account?
No. There's nothing to sign up for and no password. Open the app and add your first subscription.
Which devices, languages and currencies?
Loopr runs on iPhone. The app is available in English, Tiếng Việt, Español, Français, Deutsch, and tracks subscriptions in many currencies.
Can I export or delete my data?
Export your charges as CSV from Settings or from any subscription. Settings → Erase all data deletes everything on the phone, and the iCloud backup too if you choose.
